Strategic Hire Enhances Legal Leadership Amid Growing Demand for First-Party Data Solutions
NEW YORK, July 26, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Kepler Group, a pioneer in global digital marketing services, has announced the appointment of Ruchi Prasad as General Counsel. This key hire aims to strengthen the company’s corporate development and sales partner solutions in response to the rising complexity of privacy and regulatory demands, as well as the increasing need for first-party data solutions.
Prasad will oversee legal affairs for both Kepler, the Group’s media activation and marketing strategy division, and Napkyn, its recently acquired full-service Google Marketing Platform Sales Partner business. Together, these companies assist notable brands such as AT&T, American Express, Dunkin’ Donuts, J.Crew, Nissan, Pepsico, and Sanofi Pharmaceuticals in harnessing the power of data, technology, and insights to build meaningful and profitable consumer connections.
With over 12 years of legal expertise in global high-tech markets, Prasad most recently served as General Counsel for the Americas at Media.Monks and held the position of Global General Counsel at MightyHive. Her extensive experience also includes legal policy roles at Twitter and Visa.
“As we continue to expand internationally and develop our partner relationships, Ruchi is the ideal person to strategically guide these initiatives,” said Joshua Lerman, Kepler’s newly appointed Global CEO. “In the brief time since she joined us, Ruchi has already contributed significantly to our collaborations with major partners.”
Expressing her enthusiasm about joining the team, Prasad stated, “I am excited to be part of Kepler Group and to play a role in driving this next phase of growth. The leadership teams at Kepler and Napkyn have established a strong foundation, and I look forward to leveraging my experience in global expansion, legal operations, regulatory matters, and data privacy as the company continues to innovate and evolve.”
In her new role, Prasad will be responsible for all global legal matters for Kepler and Napkyn, and she will also serve as a strategic advisor to the firm’s executive leadership on growth initiatives.
