RPM Platform Gains Traction in Asia, US, and Beyond as Healthcare Providers Embrace Remote Care
On September 13, 2022, SmartFuture announced that its white-label Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) platform is now operating in 11 countries, including Singapore, Malaysia, and the United States. The platform has seen increased adoption across Asia, where providers recognize the advantages of remote patient care. In the US, Medicare’s reimbursement for RPM and Remote Therapy Management has significantly fueled this growth. Countries like France are also following suit with similar policies.
CEO Sumit Khemani highlights that SmartFuture’s platform is already addressing diverse healthcare needs, including chronic care, digital clinic solutions, eldercare, and community health access. New applications, such as emergency response and remote clinical trials, are also in development.
The platform’s flexibility allows for seamless integration with over 350 connected devices and popular healthcare systems, offering a customizable and HIPAA-compliant solution. It features web and mobile applications for both patients and doctors, with data presented in intuitive formats. Additionally, SmartFuture partners with insurers, health IT integrators, and medical device companies to deliver its solutions.
Besides the RPM platform, SmartFuture offers health kiosks for community screenings and home diagnostic testing in select markets.
