This claim was raised by White House National Security Council spokesperson John Kirby, who stated that U.S. intelligence had found evidence suggesting the Wagner Group had obtained military supplies to bolster Russian forces in Ukraine.

Despite the accusation, Kirby clarified that the amount of material reportedly provided to Wagner is unlikely to shift the dynamics of the ongoing conflict in Ukraine. Wagner Group officials, however, have firmly dismissed the U.S. assertion, rejecting any involvement with North Korean arms in support of their operations in Ukraine.
