New Perspectives. New Possibilities.” Theme Invites Drone Enthusiasts to Showcase Their Creativity
Autel Robotics, a prominent player in drone technology and aerial photography, has kicked off its official AutelDay brand event, running from September 17 to October 31, 2022. This year’s theme, “New Perspectives. New Possibilities,” highlights the potential of aerial photography and invites users to participate in the Autel Flight Club Video Contest.
The contest encourages participants to explore the endless possibilities of drone filmmaking, utilizing Autel’s EVO Nano, EVO Lite, or EVO II series drones to create compelling short videos. The EVO Nano+, known for its lightweight design and advanced features, boasts a three-axis gimbal and a 1/1.28-inch CMOS sensor capable of capturing 4K video and 50MP photos. Its compact size, comparable to a standard smartphone, makes it highly portable, while its f/1.9 aperture ensures excellent low-light performance.
The EVO Lite+ offers even greater creative flexibility, featuring 6K video capability, an adjustable aperture from f/2.8 to f/11, and advanced obstacle avoidance systems. With its 1-inch CMOS image sensor and intelligent moonlight algorithm, it captures stunning images, even at night.
Participants in the contest must create their video content using an Autel drone, then share it on Instagram or YouTube while tagging @Autelrobotics and using the hashtag #AutelDay. Generous prizes await the best entries, including a first prize of $2,000, second prizes of $1,500 each for two winners, and third prizes of $1,000 each for three winners. Additionally, 20 special prizes will be awarded.
In conjunction with the contest, Autel will also host offline workshops and roadshows in various cities, featuring industry influencers who will showcase the latest products. For details on local activities, announcements will be made separately.
To celebrate AutelDay, Autel Robotics is offering exclusive discounts from September 17 to September 30, reducing the price of the EVO Lite+ Premium Bundle and the EVO Nano+ Premium Bundle by 20%, bringing them to $1,479 and $879, respectively.
