At a reception celebrating the 20th anniversary of the US-Singapore Free Trade Agreement (USSFTA), US Trade Representative Katherine Tai articulated the Biden administration’s commitment to a “worker-centered trade policy.” This approach aims to create a tripartite structure involving collaboration between the government, employers, and workers, similar to Singapore’s established model.
