Over 100 Students Attend Event Featuring Keynotes, Panel Discussions, and Interview Fast Passes
Singapore, September 19, 2022 — Bigo Technology welcomed nearly 100 university students from eight Singaporean institutions to its inaugural Open House at WeWork Collyer Quay. The event, designed to connect students with career opportunities and insights into the tech industry, featured a keynote speech by Senior Vice President James Wang, as well as panel discussions and sharing sessions with senior engineers, finance executives, and global operations staff.
The highlight of the four-hour event was an interactive panel discussion where students actively engaged with Bigo’s leadership team. Those who participated were rewarded with “Interview Fast Passes,” which guarantee a first interview with Bigo Technology, providing a valuable opportunity for students in a competitive post-pandemic job market.
“We aim to inspire young talents and make our business model and technology more visible,” said Wang, expressing his excitement over the event’s success. He emphasized Bigo’s commitment to nurturing future leaders and extending unique career pathways for graduates.
