Hong Kong and Taiwanese Stars Share Joyous News with Fans

Hong Kong actors Edwin Siu and Priscilla Wong have welcomed their first child, while Taiwanese star Tony Yang and his wife, Melinda Wang, are preparing to expand their family once again.

Siu and Wong shared the arrival of their baby in a heartfelt Instagram Reel on March 23. The video captured the moments leading up to the birth, including their journey to the hospital.

Priscilla, 43, expressed her emotions in the caption, referring to their newborn as a “rainbow baby” and thanking him for choosing them as parents. She reflected on their happiness, writing, “We keep asking each other if this is a dream or reality, as we hold happiness in our hands.”

She also expressed gratitude to the medical team and shared a special detail—Edwin, 48, celebrated his birthday on the same day they brought their baby home. “His birthday wish came true,” she wrote.

The couple, who met while working on the TVB drama Madam Cutie on Duty, secretly wed in 2018 before revealing their marriage at the TVB Anniversary Awards. They later held a wedding ceremony in Bali in 2019. Last November, Priscilla announced her pregnancy and revealed she had previously experienced a miscarriage.

Meanwhile, Taiwanese actor Tony Yang, 42, and his wife, model and influencer Melinda Wang, announced they are expecting their third child. In a March 24 Instagram post, they shared two selfies, with Melinda proudly showing her baby bump. Her caption read simply: “Vol. 3 coming this year.”

The news was met with excitement, with celebrities such as Matilda Tao, Ella Chen, Alyssa Chia, and Sandy Wu offering their congratulations in the comments.

Yang and Wang married in 2020 and are parents to two daughters, aged four and one. Now, they eagerly anticipate the newest addition to their growing family.
