Cornerstone Heritage, a company linked to the founders of Cornerstone Community Church, has acquired a 19,289 square feet retail space on the fourth floor of the iconic Orchard Towers for S$54.5 million.
This transaction, valued at approximately S$2,825 per square foot, involves a freehold property located in the front block of the building. The sale was formalised under an agreement signed about two weeks ago.
The property is being sold by the Sassoon family, and the buyers of the space are shareholders Yang Tuck Yoong and Daphne Yip, both senior pastors at Cornerstone Community Church. Timothy Chong, another shareholder and a pastor at the church, is also part of the acquisition.
