(“Pingtan” or the “Company”) (Nasdaq: PME), a leading fishing enterprise in the People’s Republic of China (PRC), has announced the details for its 2022 Annual General Meeting (AGM). The meeting is scheduled for December 14, 2022, at 10:00 a.m. China Standard Time and will take place at the 18th Floor, Zhongshan Building A, No. 154 Hudong Road, Fuzhou, Fujian, PRC.
