A traction power fault disrupted train services between Fajar and Bangkit stations on the Bukit Panjang LRT network early Friday morning (Nov 18). SMRT reported the issue at 5:33 am, with 17 passengers safely disembarking five minutes after the fault occurred. While Service A experienced delays, Service B continued to run smoothly. This follows a previous service disruption in September caused by a track fault. Normal train services resumed shortly after the incident.
