NEW YORK, July 13, 2022 /PRNewswire/ – YPO, the premier global leadership network with over 30,000 chief executives in 142 countries, has announced the election of Rafi Demirjian as chairman of the YPO Board of Directors. His term commenced on July 1, 2022, making him the 70th individual to hold this prestigious position.

Demirjian, a member of YPO Lebanon, serves as the executive chairman of Demirjian Global, a family-owned consortium engaged in trading across various capital markets, real estate, and alternative investments.

Since joining YPO in 2003 at the age of 27, Demirjian has actively participated at the chapter, regional, and global levels. This premier global peer learning event is set to convene 3,000 chief executives for an immersive three-day exploration of critical issues confronting business leaders today and in the future.

In addition to his YPO responsibilities, Demirjian is committed to youth empowerment and poverty alleviation, serving on several NGO boards in Lebanon to further these causes.
